This is a great resource because it makes learning into a sort of game. Instead of getting a grade, children either master a skill or they don't, and will proceed to practice the skill until they do master it.

This website proves immensely useful for educators across various disciplines. Khan Academy offers a broad range of topics, along with preparation courses for standardized tests such as the ACT, SAT, and MCAT. It explains why an answer is incorrect when a student gets a question wrong and clarifies why other choices are incorrect as well. Additionally, it generates quizzes at the end of each chapter, enabling students to evaluate their grasp of the material. This resource is exceptionally helpful for preparing for exams at any academic level, suitable for students from elementary to undergraduate studies.

Khan Academy has been my go-to resource whenever I'm in doubt on any subject. All the topics are taught in a thorough manner in the videos, followed by great test/quiz questions to assess our retention. User interface for the website is great and its easily navigable for all ages. The visual appeal for the entire website is also very attractive for all ages. Definitely recommend this website for anyone to learn.

Khan Academy as a whole is an incredible resource for students who want to receive extra help outside of the classroom. Students are able to have detailed explanations for concepts that are very engaging! The creators of this tool value free quality education, and they provide just that. The videos have very easy to understand explanations and can be a tool to get ahead as a student or a major grounds for support. It is very barebones and teaches as if the students were in the classroom.

Overall, I really like Khan Academy as a teaching tool. The material is explained clearly and cleanly in the videos with Sal Khan's neat handwriting and drawings to further explain.

this resource is good at simplifying certain concepts and can prove to be beneficial to students outside of the classroom.

While I believe the lessons can be helpful, I've often found the lack of personalized instruction made it seem like I was just learning the same thing I was in class. I would often still feel stuck even with the option for reading text for extra help. However, I believe that if integrated well with a classroom, this means having assigned work or assigned extra help from a teacher on this resource, then it would make the best combination. Having a teacher as a guide that is working/integrating Khan Academy will help much more than just doing it on your own.

This is an excellent resource that can help students of all ages. There is a wide variety of topics and many practice problems. Students immediately know whether or not their answers are correct. If they get something incorrect, they have the option to get help, where hints or explanations are provided. Teachers can easily monitor student progress to determine which students need some extra help and what topics they are struggling with. Students are also free to roam the site and explore other topics in other subjects they may not be currently learning. This can help students explore their interests and expand their overall knowledge.

Khan Academy is a great resource overall. For topics in math or any other subject, they let you select a grade level and the topic you would like to focus on. I liked how there was an instructional video that taught each student by giving background on the topic and teaching you how to solve each problem step-by-step. At the end of each topic, you would get a set of questions you need to answer before moving to the next one. If you got a question wrong it would explain why the answer was wrong and suggest you watch the video again or teach you how to solve the problem. I loved how you could receive badges/avatars after a streak of being active for a certain amount of days or receiving points. For the SAT, Khan Academy was helpful because it is in partnership with CollegeBoard. They have questions that look similar and require the same understanding as a question on the SAT would. It also provides more practice tests and videos/notes on how to solve some of these SAT questions.

I think that Khan Academy is a very interactive platform for students. There are multiple different different lessons and different types of subjects that students can learn from. And the best part is that there are practice problems that students can do to test their knowledge, and assess themselves to make sure that they know the material.
